Ideally located in the North Coast of Mauritius, Tarisa Resort and Spa, a fully renovated 3* SUP Hotel, nestled at Mont-Choisy, faces one of the most popular sandy beach and turquoise lagoon of the island.

It is at 10 minutes away from the lively village of Grand Baie, known for shopping and nightlife, 15 mins away from the Pamplemousses botanical Garden, 30 mins from the colorful capital Port Louis and about 1 hour from the Airport.

This sea facing resort has an ideal environment for a relaxing holiday in Mauritius which is suitable for couples, families and singles.

The hotel consists of 75 air-conditioned rooms with private terrace or balcony, majority of which have sea view, with pool view and/or garden view, divided into 4 categories: 57 superior rooms of 37 sqm, 5 family rooms of 50 sqm and 1 suite of 57 sqm with 2 rooms.

Indigo Restaurant
Set besides the swimming pool, with a splendid view of the beach, the Indigo Restaurant will allow you to discover the culinary variety of Mauritius and offer you both local and theme cuisine. Open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Breakfast: from 07:00 to 10:00
• Lunch: from 12:30 to 14:30
• Dinner: from 19:30 to 22:00

Tandoor Restaurant
On the first level, the doors of the Tandoor Restaurant open on a lavishly decorated dining hall. The elegant oriental décor and mystical atmosphere of the restaurant set the mood for a journey into the exotic savors and aromas of the Indian gastronomy. Guests are presented with a menu featuring a selection of refined dishes, cooked in the authentic tradition of the Indian cuisine by the chefs who have come especially from India with their savoir-faire and spices.

Citrus Bar
Overlooking the swimming pool and the spectacular Mont Choisy beach, the Citrus Bar offers a wide choice of drinks and cocktails. Open every day from 10h00 to 23h00.

Meal packages

All Inclusive
The All Inclusive treatment starts at 14.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12.00 on the day of departure.

The All Inclusive package includes:
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon snack.
• Unlimited drink consumption from 10:00 to 23:00, at Citrus Bar, Local alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, spirits, cocktail selections and Non-alcoholic drinks like juice, soft drinks, tea, infusions, American coffee and water.
• Minibar in the room

Half board
The Half Board package includes:
• Breakfast and dinner: buffet style at Indigo Restaurant
• Breakfast: buffet from 07:00 to 10:00 at Indigo restaurant

The Beach

Tarisa Resort and Spa offers you a paradisiac white-sand beach facing the turquoise Lagoon. Surrounded by lush green casuarinas trees is the ideal spot to relax and chill under the shade of these trees while in the evening you can admire beautiful sunsets.

The beach stretches almost 3 km from Trou aux Biches to Pointe aux Canonniers and is among the longest Beaches of Mauritius.

Mont Choisy beach is a boat free zone, it has a marine park which can be explored through a snorkeling boat tour and with some luck, among a variety of colorful corals and fish you can also swim with the turtles.

Swimming pools
During the day, there is nothing more refreshing than taking a dip in one of the two swimming pools (1 kid’s pool with Jacuzzi), equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds.

The hotel offers free access to Gymnasium, sauna, hammam upon reservation

Fitness center
For those who want to keep fit during the holidays it is possible to use the fitness center for free, where an instructor will be happy to assist you and provide you with a personal training activity.
Open daily from 07:00 to 19:00.

Boat house
Located on the beach, it offers complementary use of canoe, kayak, pedal boat, laser boat, equipment for snorkeling, Glass Bottom Boat Trip (2 outings per day) daily from 9:00 to 17:00.

Entertainment
A team of animators will entertain with evening musical and local folkloristic shows every day where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the Sega Show.

Mini club
Children aged 4 to 11 are welcome every day from 9:00 to 18:00. With outdoor playground, your children will have fun among various entertainment programs including painting, drawing, dancing, educational programs and much more, all under the supervision of a qualified and friendly staff. For children under 4 years and after 16:00, a babysitter service is available for a fee.

Spa – Wellness Center
The perfect place to enjoy a pampering session for the body, mind and spirit. For a feel of inner serenity and outer beauty, indulge into a restorative experience with a range of therapies offered by our spa. Dedicated to beauty as well as the harmony of the body and soul, the Spa comprises of 2 massage cabins including one couple massage cabin offering a range of body and beauty treatments and massages opening between 10:00 till 20:00 at Crystal Spa.
